Simulation Mode - Online Version
Simulation mode enables users to familiarize themselves with the interface and functionality without requiring a connected device. In this mode, a virtual system is emulated, and special keystrokes (see Table below) allow users to simulate various errors and warnings for training purposes.
This online version of the HUMMINGBIRD user interface closely resembles the interface supplied with every laser oscillator stored on its internal memory. Please note that certain features, such as data logging and service access, are not available in this online simulation.
You can perform the following actions within simulation mode:

turn on the simulated device by pressing the Turn ON button.

switch between the different tabs by selecting the corresponding tab header.

trigger pre-defined errors and warnings as summarized in the table below.

Description
Interlock error will be triggered or cleared
Temperature warning will be triggered or cleared
